After starring in several roles as a child actor, Mike Martin began his professional career in the banking industry at World Savings in Laguna Beach, California. A few years later, he embarked on a career in law enforcement, which resulted in several exciting years of public service in the Fountain Valley and Irvine Police Departments. In 1997, Mike began a 10+ year career as a manager at a large residential architecture firm, where his love of real estate took flight. Mike earned his CA Real Estate Broker’s license in 2007, and with the experience gained by managing his own rental properties across the country, Mike began his current real estate career, opting to focus on residential property management. As Martin Investment Properties, Inc. has grown over the last 19 years, Mike has always made “giving back” a significant part of his business and personal motivation.
Outside of the office, Mike loves spending as much time as possible with his wonderful wife and kids, traveling, exercising, and going to sporting events. His dog, Cooper, is the BEST! Additionally, Mike and his wife really enjoy spending as much time as possible in their favorite place, Tennessee!
Alysha attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she majored in Equine Science. After spending several years as a professional horse trainer, Alysha discovered her true passion for real estate. In 2007, she became a licensed Realtor and began her career in Commercial Real Estate as a Leasing Assistant for PacificWest Asset Management.
In 2017, Alysha joined Martin Investment Properties, Inc. With over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, she is well-equipped to work with residential tenants, homeowners, and vendors. At MIP, her responsibilities include leasing calls, scheduling property tours, showing homes, conducting pre- and post-move-out inspections, drafting leases, negotiating renewals, handling sales, marketing properties, and overseeing renovation design projects.

Outside of real estate, Alysha enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two children. When she’s not with her family, you’ll likely find her at the barn riding, playing pickleball, or enjoying time at Disney!
Yvonne has been practicing residential Real Estate throughout Southern California since she obtained her license in 2004.
She is an entrepreneur at heart and loves creativity in all aspects of her life. She is the inventor and patent-holder of the award-winning “Dwink Box”, a universal drink box holder for children. She has also owned a dry cleaning business, a kitchenware store, staging business, daycare, and Brokerage firm!
Yvonne’s role at MIP consists of showing rental properties, pre move-out inspections, annual inspections, move-ins and is a part of the MIP sales team. She loves being a part of Martin Investment Properties and their fantastic group of professionals!
Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her 3 kids, deep-sea fishing, playing Wordle, taking naps, and playing with her 2 Holland lops – Ed Sheeran and Rachel Green.
Natalee has been in real estate and property management since 2015 and has sold over $75 million in sales throughout her career. Her experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of both investment properties and the importance of maintaining them properly.
As the Maintenance Coordinator at Martin Investment Properties, Natalee helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our properties and clients are always taken care of.
When not working, you can usually find Natalee enjoying life by the beach with her dog, Chad.
Jerardo Leon has been serving clients throughout Southern California since beginning his professional real estate career in 2018, bringing with him years of hands-on experience that started well before he was licensed. At just 22 years old, Jerardo purchased his first investment property and has since continued to grow his portfolio while gaining valuable insight into the market from both an investor and agent perspective.
Jerardo specializes in working with buyers and sellers, with a strong focus on first time homebuyers and property management. Known for his patience, knowledge, and no pressure approach, he takes pride in guiding clients through the process with confidence and clarity. His strengths in negotiation and creative problem solving allow him to help clients think outside the box, thereby helping them maximize each property’s potential.
At Martin Investment Properties, Jerardo plays a key role in property showings, leasing, inspections, and supporting both the property management and sales teams. He enjoys being involved in every step of the process and values being part of a team that prioritizes professionalism and client care.
Outside of work, Jerardo is a dedicated family man who enjoys taking trips with his wife and four sons. As a proud basketball dad, much of his time is spent supporting his boys on and off the court. Jerardo also enjoys playing basketball, spending time in nature, and kayaking.
