About Us

After starring in several roles as a child actor, Mike Martin began his professional career in the banking industry at World Savings in Laguna Beach, California. A few years later, he embarked on a career in law enforcement, which resulted in several exciting years of public service in the Fountain Valley and Irvine Police Departments. In 1997, Mike began a 10+ year career as a manager at a large residential architecture firm, where his love of real estate took flight. Mike earned his CA Real Estate Broker’s license in 2007, and with the experience gained by managing his own rental properties across the country, Mike began his current career, opting to focus on residential property management.  As Martin Investment Properties, Inc. has grown over the last 11 years, Mike has always made “giving back” a significant part of his business and personal motivation.

Outside of the office, Mike loves spending as much time as possible with his awesome kids (5 daughters and 1 son), traveling, exercising, camping, and going to sporting events.  Additionally, Mike really enjoys working with the team at Wells of Life, a charitable organization striving toward preventing the lack of clean drinking water from continuing to kill one child every 21 seconds in the rural country of Uganda.  (Please go to www.wellsoflife.org for more info!)

Alysha Stout attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where she majored in Equine Science. After several years as a professional horse trainer, Alysha discovered her true passion … Real Estate! In 2007, Alysha became a licensed Realtor and began working in Commercial Real Estate as a Leasing Assistant for PacificWest Asset Management.

In 2017 Alysha joined Martin Investment Properties, Inc. Her 10 plus years of working in the Commercial field prepared her to work with residential tenants, home owners, and vendors. Her daily tasks at MIP include leasing calls, scheduling tour appointments, showing properties, pre and post move out inspections, drawing up leases, negotiating lease renewals, sales, marketing and renovation design.

Outside of Real Estate Alysha is married to her husband Michael and together they have two children. In her free time, you can always find Alysha at the barn riding, playing pickleball or at Disney!
