About Us

After starring in several roles as a child actor, Mike began his professional career in the banking industry at World Savings in Laguna Beach, California. A few years later, he embarked on a career in law enforcement, which resulted in several exciting years of public service in the Fountain Valley and Irvine Police Departments. In 1997, Mike began a 10+ year career as a manager at a large residential architecture firm, where his love of real estate took flight. Mike earned his CA Real Estate Broker’s license in 2007, and with the experience gained by managing his own rental properties across the country, Mike began his current career, opting to focus on residential property management.  As Martin Investment Properties, Inc. has grown over the last 11 years, Mike has always made “giving back” a significant part of his business and personal motivation.

Outside of the office, Mike loves spending as much time as possible with his awesome kids (5 daughters and 1 son), traveling, exercising, camping, and going to sporting events.  Additionally, Mike really enjoys working with the team at Wells of Life, a charitable organization striving toward preventing the lack of clean drinking water from continuing to kill one child every 21 seconds in the rural country of Uganda.  (Please go to www.wellsoflife.org for more info!)

Debbie joined the Martin Investment Properties team in January 2016. With over 15 years experience she has a strong background in customer service, loan assisting, and real estate office work. Her work history, as well as her customer service dedication, has led her to where she is today pursuing a career in Property Management. She is an organized, caring professional who communicates and works closely with many professionals.

Debbie supervises and oversees all work orders concerning repairs and maintenance for the properties and billing. Her time is spent to ensure things get done in a timely, efficient and professional manner. As a Property Manager, she also works directly with owners, tenants, HOA’s, home warranty companies, and vendors. She also assists with leasing calls and screening applicants.

When Debbie is not working you can find her with her family with whom she adores. She has been married to her husband Bob for 33 years and has 3 children. She enjoys traveling and lives her life to the fullest.

Alysha began her Commercial Real Estate career in 2006 at PacificWest Asset Management as a Leasing Consultant and Broker Assistant. For 11 ½ years she helped represent numerous Landlords and Tenants requiring leasing assistance, from small office to big box retail. Not only did she assist both the Property Management and Brokerage teams she also marketed numerous listings with various internet websites including Costar, LoopNet and AIR.

In 2017 Alysha decided to jump over to the residential side of Real Estate to begin a new career path with Martin Investment Properties. Her 11 plus years of working in the Commercial Real Estate industry gave her the confidence and skill which enables her to work with a new type of tenant, prospective tenant, owners and vendors. Her current tasks include daily leasing calls, tour appointments, showing properties, screening tenants, preparing leases and negotiating lease renewals.

Outside of Martin Investment Properties, Alysha is married to her husband Michael of 20 years and has two children, Stacia and Zac.

Jessica started her career in Property Management with Martin Investment Properties in early 2017. Her 6 plus years of working in the customer service industry have given her the skills necessary to work with tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors.

Jessica is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent and helps with maintenance work orders, property turnover activities which include pre-move outs and move in walkthrus, collaborates with HOA’s on owner or tenant issues and serves legal notices to tenants.

As a leasing agent, Jessica is part of the rotation to take all leasing calls, show properties, screen potential tenants, and generate new leases. Outside of MIP, Jessica is a proud mother of her 3-year-old daughter, Scarlette, who is always keeping her busy.
